Refund Policy for Live Events: Cancellations up to thirty (30) days before an event receive a 90% refund. Cancellations received at least five (5) business days before the seminar receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund if cancelled after five (5) business days prior to the event.

For events that require travel, we advise that you obtain trip insurance in case of cancellation due to weather, low registration or other unforeseeable circumstances.

What if I can’t attend, but want to send someone else in my place? Substitutions are at the sole discretion of the company. Transfers may be up to 1 calendar year from date of purchase.
